Be a part of the newest small home community to come to Colorado and Texas. Each community has lake with track and picnic /play areas for pets and families with kids. We have assisted with a few Tiny home communities in the U.S.A and now we vow to completely run our own project to complete a community. like many of the ones we've help build. It will take 5 months to complete.


We are doing presells of the lots all the way up until we complete project by Summer 2023.  Plenty of interested buyers are asking can they move in early before summer, well we have the answer. At the moment we are saying for safety and liability reason that would be " No" There is a chance we may finish early but we do not want you seeing the property unfinished it could really taint the visual of the finished outcome. We want things already done and perfect when you arrive to your new home .
